I apologize in advance for the length of the link below. It documents the
whole trail of events I've had as a buyer when purchasing a 37" LCD TV that
was advertised as 'New'. I have a deadbeat seller problem.

The transaction has been challenged using PayPal's buyer protection plan,
currently in the 'Dispute' status before it goes into the 'Claim' status.
Has anyone had any experience using this mechanism in Paypal?
Thanks in advance,

Are you aware eBay prohibits making another eBay user's contact ID public? Want
to experience what happens when you do that?
What is a "deadbeat" seller?
Did you review his feedback -- actually READ it -- before bidding? Even some of
his positives makes complaints about what they received, and the negs tend to
complain about broken or obviously used merchandise advertised as new.
Did you notice how many replies the seller makes that say "Give a Negative Get a
Negative!!"
Did you pay for this purchase with a credit card? If not, why not? If so, why
haven't you just filed a charge-back for the TV?
