I guess I shouldn't be surprised, but I'm a little irked. I sold a
lot of new and used clothes on eBay a couple weeks ago to someone I
figured was going to resell them. Thing is, she's reselling two items
as new when they're used. My auction stated that they were used (and
washed) but her auction says they're "NWOT".
These are clean clothes, hardly worn because I lost weight so they're
in great condition, but still. People pay more for what they think is
brand new, and these aren't brand new.
Ah, well, guess I just wanted to vent. Maybe my understanding of NWOT
is off, or I'm too picky ;)

Let it go. You sold the clothes and received your money. If she's able
to sell them, I hope that the buyer figures it out and reports her to
ebay with a SNAD (significantly not as described) complaint. The
important thing is that you did the right thing by describing the
clothes accurately.
