Is it possible that the stammers are going to kill eBay?
I du-du-du-du-du-du-don't thu-thu-thu-think so.
uh boy. i can see where this one's gonna go. 'stammer' is gonna
get added to the collection of hot button phrases used around
here. relica, Tiffany, stammer, Perfect!, it's hard work, we're
compilers, that's what we do, etc.

The example is a stutter, though, and not a stammer. The stutterer
repeats sounds. The stammerer can't get a sound out.

Not really. Stammer & stutter are synonyms.

True. My former partner stuttered all his life; numerous attempts by various
professionals were unsuccessful. A fairly good, relatively brief article on
definitions, descriptions, causes and symptoms, diagnosis, treatments, and
prognosis can be found at http://www.minddisorders.com/Py-Z/Stuttering.html.
