the crispness of p/n/ng was useful in the early stages - otherwise
the feedback might just be lukewarm all the time. I think having
a 5 level system would be a good idea now - shades, that sort of thing.


What we really need is 27 levels of 175 criteria, taking a minimum of six hours to fill out.

Micromanagement is ALWAYS counterproductive.

Feedback ain't broke.
