I sold an item via "Buy It Now." The winner asked me (in the "note to seller"
field) to "Please ship ASAP." Although the buyer has a spotless feedback rating,
the mailing address is not confirmed.

I sent the buyer 3 e-mails in as many days asking for confirmed address, and
have yet to receive a reply.

If 3 e-mails sounds excessive to anyone, please remember that the buyer told me
"Please ship ASAP."

Any constructive suggestions?

Ship it insured. In the future, put in the description that shipping will require a trackable form and will cost more if you are not confirmed by PayPal.
