I've been too busy (or dumb) to spot the pattern.. so if someone got a
hold of the stats over the past months/years.. is it safe to conclude
ebay is offering listing promotions at least once a month? perhaps once
every two months.. excluding special occasions, holidays, etc.. of
course.

Now its more quarterly related for stock & $ results and their new tax
methods so i dont know if there are any certain times anymore. Unless its
cheap listing day the other offers are a waste for most. And then when you
do list like the other 1 million people on cheapo day you are competing
with
more products and the same amount of buyers with only so much $ to spend.
Your saving $ when listing but if your stuff sells ( or sells for less)
your
actually losing $ compared to a normal week.


Yeah, that's why I don't like that.
