Took less than 24 hours, as I recall, most of which was
because they hadn't checked their email.
But it wasn't PayPal's doing. Being polite, professional,
and cranking the process evidently got the attention of
the seller (the funds hold probably helped, too :-).
The career scammers are used to threats from their victims.
What they don't like to see is buyers who know what fuses
to light when, and calmly but briskly do so.
