DMV won't give you that info. But a simpler way is to
take the guy's license photo with you while you get
really shit faced drunk and drive on the sidewalk
in front of city hall. When the cops stop you
they'll run your license through the system.
If it doesn't show up as INVALID, then you'll
know it's real.
