My preferred web browser is Firefox 1.0.4.

I've never had any difficulties viewing Ebay pages until about five
days when they started coming up with this message:

Note: We recently made changes to enable you to view eBay search pages
faster. If your eBay pages are appearing in text-only format due to
these changes, please upgrade your Web browser.

However Firefox 1.0 is still listed as an acceptable browser for ebay
even though Mozilla has release 2.0 (I believe).

I googled usenet and it was suggested that one clear the browser
cache. That worked but for just one day. Now it's back to text.

My question is whether other users FF 1.0 or 1.0.4 are running into
this same problem and is there a fix other than going back to using IE
to view ebay?

We've had issues for the last few months with the browser & slowness off &
on going to Ebay ONLY. Don't know why but they do.
