It's a scam auction using a hijacked account.
If you buy, nothing will be shipped.

Account is selling 140 items, most scams, but a few left
over from the legit owner. Some bidders are having fun.
Item 7230973220 has been bid up to $99 million.
Expect these auctions to vanish fast.
