Paypal Money Help

Some help please.

I have won a dvd on ebay and paid my money though paypal. The seller has
told me it is coming up with unclaimed in her paypal so she has signed up
for the premium account.

How does the seller claim the money i have sent her as i cant remember how
to do it, as i had this issue last year. She knows she will get charged for
the transaction by paypal but i cant remember how to accept funds from
another seller and in my paypal it comes up with unclaimed
