Yes, and you get to add a note to it in the first PP label
dialog. The buyer's email is different. Here's one I received,
with <editted/deleted> info:

"Dear <actual name>,

Your package will be shipped by PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal
Service!

<seller's actual name> used PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service
to create a shipping label for your package. Once the package is
given to the Post Office(tm), it will be on its way to you!

but most data is transmitted in the afternoon or evening. For
