email questions, was: Set wrong shipping weight, item has bids

Another observation not responsive to the basenote ...

The listing includes a line:
"Have questions? Email to {link}"

I ran into this on a couple of auctions of interest this
week, and it's annoying to bidders, and not necessarily
optimal for sellers either, unless clarified, which the
above instance is not.

Bidders can't be sure whether the seller prefers questions
via email to questions via Ask-Seller, or perhaps the
seller never answers Ask-Seller questions at all, and if so,
the listing copy needs to read:
"Have questions? Email to {link}
Please don't use Ask-Seller."

Further, if the seller discovers from a question that the
listing is missing some key info, it's a lot easier to answer
and post via Ask-Seller, than answer in email and
separately revise the auction.

In my case, I used the email link for one question, and
the Ask Seller for the other. I have yet to hear from either.
