Yes, they do, the one or two I've known. Lovely dogs.

Weimaraners have a great personality too, but are hard-headed beyond belief.
What a Weimaraner wants to do he's determined to do, and oh, the stories I
could tell you about that. But it's what makes them greating hunting dogs.
Shooting pheasant in or around cornfields I would sometimes have a bird come
down in a nasty, thorny, dense thicket, virtually impossible to reach by any
human means, but the dog would go in and eventually come out with the bird.
He'd be bleeding in several places, but he'd have that pheasant in his
mouth. Wonderful memories of those days.
