Hi OttawaTrade,

This is only one of a huge amount of standard messages they use to push you
away. If you have a good and honest issue, stay on. For every 100 inquiry
maybe you get something usable to go further with. The only way I see to
force eBey to adapt normal civility is to demand it, and all the time look
for alternative commerce.
