Microsoft has been accused of worse things than that.

Some believe that the console itself actually has almost no profit at
all. That it's the continued sales of games and accessories that is
the real money maker. The console just commits people who can only
afford one system to continue beying their games and accessories
instead of Sony's or Nintendo's.
