I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them if they had what I wanted at a
good price. Some people need something for parts-only, some are
content to gamble, others expect a particular widget to have a
particular engineering flaw that can be fixed easily.
The people *I* don't understand are the ones who leave negative
feedback because their widget is broken, incomplete, unusable,
whatever.
