"Downtown" went out of business when everybody moved out of town. Thirty
years ago. And "made in Taiwan" showed up at the little stores a long time
ago.

They are still in the county and paying county taxes. And I have NEVER heard
of Wal-Mart putting a dry cleaner, bakery, restaurant or movie theater out
of business. T-shirt shop, yeah.

Towns and cities have to employ more cops to handle the people that live in
those towns and cities. Wal-Mart didn't import'em.
