Advice for Buyer....

I'm actually a seller. I just got this email today:

"i dont fully under stand the what the expansion bay hard drive dose i have
an idea or two but i would be nice if you could reply an anser please so i
can fully under stand it and is there any other parts for the expansion bay"

I kinda figured an easily and perhaps cleaner way would have been to say
something like:

"What's an expansion bay?"

Sorry...just thought I'd share that with other buyers who probably get
similar emails..
