Well, as I said, I believe they do eventually get looked at by a real
person. The occasional spam reports I've sent to that address usually get
the reply-bot but occasionally the reply-bot is followed up by an actual
reply from a person.

So again, as I said the first time, I believe they do eventually get
looked at by a real person, thus answering both the "how" and the "how
effective."
