Seller Debating to Give me winning purchase


I have won a vehicle on ebay, the auction finished on Thursday nite at
2345hrs, i emailed the guy, he doesnt take paypal, check or cash on
collection only, i said i would send him a check or if he sent me his bank
details i could do bank to bank for him, he said if the vehicle wasnt picked
up on saturday 1st Ot he would sell it to someone who is coming to view it.
No where on the auction did he say pick it up on saturday, or on any
communication via telephone or email. he put down vehicle wont be released
until check clears. i emailed him and pointed this out and he said it wasnt
his ebay account and was nowt to do with him. where do i stand on this, any
help would be appreciated. Then when i click on Paynow button i see this:

"hi please bear in mind the van is in the local paper and would need to be
collect by saturday at the latest has other people have asked to see the van
though the local paper many thanks please call if any problems has this is
not my ebay account"

this was not mentioned to me.
