Well with my glasses it looks like a customer satisfaction rating of close
to 9 on a scale of 10. As to the individual complaint statements, I guess
it just proves the "you can please some of the people some of the time, but
you can't please all the people all the time" statement.

Not a seller I would personally do business with, but anyone that does
should recognize the risk involved by doing a bit of research.
