Here's the recap.

I bid/win widget. Pay immediately with PayPal.
Seller leaves immediate positive FB then emails
and says -
 "That email address is no longer valid.
 Could you cancel and send to this new address?".

His eBay and PayPal addy are the same. They both
bounce when I ping them.

I send an "Invalid Contact Info" report to eBay.
8 calender days later (6 business days) eBay has
not acted on the invalid info. I escalated the
complaint one time only, replying to the canned
message. Got back the typical "Hi My name is Sean
and I'd be glad to help you..." etc.

Anyway, blah blah, I went ahead and sent a
new PayPal payment to the new address.

I'm a little disappointed that eBay did
nothing. Particularly since one of the
common suggestions we mention here is
"report him for invalid and he'll be NARU
in short order". That didn't seem to work
in this case. He's not any kind of monster
power seller, only 7 sales to his history.

Anyway, we'll see.

Send the "invalid contact info" thing again.   Once
in awhile, it falls into the cracks.
