Yes, and I quoted both Economy and Airmail Letter-Post rates in my
original message, per my regular procedure. The buyer, responding,
missed the economy rate completely, or chose to ignore it.

I'm not going to name the country for privacy reasons, but I will
state the rates: Economy Letter-Post $8.75, Economy M-bag $10.50. (The
actual shipping weight, in case you're wondering, was somewhat less
than 4 pounds.)
