yo jb, regarding emastercam.....

There's a thread called benchmark on emastercam. It uses a standard example to test your comps speed.
I did the test took me almost 20 mins with a dual core. After telling the owner he gave me the ok to build
a new box. Now im way under a minute.

So...take the box your on and go do the test. reboot, kill all your facebook, yahoo, torrent, etc....programs.

then run the test.

Give us your results.

Wont work twice, it caches the data.

Spend a few minutes and do it, it gives you a baseline to work from.

(now where's my lighter! lol)
