There doesn't seem to be an ER32 "mini" nut available anywhere. Even a hex
would require a very unique socket set-up...
Drill two holes on the face of the collet nut to match the pins of a
face spanner wrench - perhaps use an adjustable face wrench.
That is what I was thinking. Also machine off the corners of the flats
if they are too big.
