Me too. The only times I get faceting with Mastercam is when using loose
cut tolerances. Crappy geometry can do it too but it's an extremely rare
occasion when I get any of that these days.
 Change your nick to mr perfect, it'll be easier for you since thats what
they prolly call you at work.
  What "exactly" do you do with mastercam? From what im reading you drill
holes and cut 2d pockets?

Obviously Mastercam is way too hard for you. Why don't you go back to
using Cimacrap?
