Diamond wheels on a stand ?

I used Diamond laps on horizontal water machines and water based verticle.

Get a single lip cutter maker, a dekel preferably.
 Take the biggest diameter it can take and grind it in half.
 Now use it for the ledge to sharpen cutters etc.. with.

Ok I'm a moldmaker, like the few others here that acutally post
usefull info on tools & technequies. Not fuckin opitcal comparitor
drill sharpers.
Like I said, oh well, moldmakers are............. ???? special? no
just fucking weird! I speak from experience.

FYI dumb ass
Use the pedistal grinder with a carborundum (grey) wheel to rough down
steel shanks & a Silcon carbide(green wheel) to rough carbide. Then
finish it on a CBN diamond wheel(on a baldor type old POS that has an
adustable table) or lap by hand with diamond hone or fucking concrete
floor with grinding grit in the corner from the surface grinder
dressing over spray.
Please no optical digital electronic high tech fucking gizmo to see
what your doing is gonna help, if you dont know WTF your doing to
begin with! If need be, use a magnifying glass/ opitivsor, natuarlly
under good lighting conditions.- no mushroom farm techniques.(feed'em
*** & keep'em in the dark)

sorry, moldmakers also have very little patience.

Oh 1 other litte trick, keep the water dunker full by the pedistal
grinder so you dont burn the *** outa ya fingers, dumb ass.<g>

If you want to know the most efficient, economical, fool prof way, ask
an veteran moldmaker. We are the bottom of the barrel, & everyone
knows which way *** flows. The *** that no nobody can do, we do. We
have no choice, there is nobody lower down the ladder to pass it off
on. We "invent" new ways, use fuckin *** in the corner to make
somthing work on the hell holes called "mold shops" with owners not
putting a penny back into the business, just "milking" what they have.
