I know somebody that has a CNC mill/drill machine with a Fanuc 0M
control on it.

When he powers on the machine/control, it comes up with this on the
CRT:

0412-08
PMC: Z38 - S6

Just the version numbers I think.

NOT READY

Something is tripped or missing. Phased wrong? Breaker or overload
tripped? Fuse Blown? Air pressure low or off? E-stop button pressed in?
Interlock switch not made? No hydraulic pressure? Pump seized? Could be
lots of things.

And the OVERLOAD and SEQUENCE ERROR alarm LEDs are lit.

The overload light would have me checking the overloads. Not sure about
the sequence error. The operator's panel and alarm lights are going to be
particular to that make and model machine.

Is there an electronic list of error codes?

Probably.

What do those error codes mean?

The CRT is only showing "Not Ready" and no alarms as far as you've told
us, so not knowing what make and model machine it is, I'm guessing it's
not control related. I would push the alarm button on the Fanuc panel to
see if there are any control alarms showing.

Manuals for Fanuc 0M control available in PDF?

They should be. Hard copies are always available.

Might or might not be control related. What make and model machine is it?

Thanks in advance!
