Funnt that the pols are all bleating about research based solutions for the
auto and energy industries on the one hand and cutting the funds required on
the other. Those Alaskan bridge projects seem to have survived, however.
The SSC was being built in Texas, and was cancelled over 10 years ago. We got some nice gear in our lab from that.
