pdf sucks, adobe sucks.

A few years ago I combined all the Gibbscam separate pdf help files
into one pdf help file. It was a real PITA trying to deal with like 26
separate .pdf files.

This was before Gibbs has HTML help. The combined Gibbscam pdf file
was freaking massive.

Gibbs use to charge and probably still does charge $50 per manual if
you want them. Five or six separate manuals at $50 each. Fucking rip
off.

I actually like a lot of the Photoshop UI (The pallet well) and think
a pallet well would work well in a lot of cadcam applications.

I'm really disgusted with Adobe PDF. Not only does it produce massive
file sizes but it often crashes, locks up or slows to a crawl.

Adobe is a virus. It needs to be bundled with norton security, a similar
cluster *** program.

The only think I like is the pdf help files are easier to print than
the HTML help everyone now seems to use. Trying to print HTML help
manuals out really sucks.

After dealing with this kind of crap for years is it any wonder I
prefer quality video training.

I prefer books written on dead trees covered in aggrigate.
Maybe a pdf or html help file would be ok if I had 2 monitors?
