I need to put in a request for the purchase of Cut Data or similar
application that will prove how fast some jobs can be accomplished other
than just offering my word or proof by doing it myself first. I work in an
environment where many things have been done the same for decades and are
in drastic need for improvement such as feeds and speeds. Rather than the
old timer reading the paper while the pieces are whittled away I would
rather see things done in a reasonable time but my direction is not always
accepted so if I can supply in print what I have been trying to point out
I think things might begin to move forward. This is not a job shop so
there is no real set time on making parts for these productions machines
that break down from time to time. Just "as fast as you can" usually does
the trick but I know when I see valuable time wasted. Can anyone offer up
some pointers on a program that will might be cost effective and approved
in the front office by someone that has little clue as to it's value?
TIA.
J.
Have a good look at this program. I have several hundred happy users.
