Milling IRON

Hi Gang...

Looking for finish and roughing inserts for G2 class 40,000lb Grey
iron.

Questions:

Negative or positive rake? Sharp or honed inserts? Radius or no?

How does ceramic work? Is it worth investigating?

I've had a bit of luck with a diamond plated grinding wheel... So I'm
also wondering about diamond inserts for a very light finish cut.

I'm pretty good at most stuff but I am pretty much brand new to iron.

Any help would be welcome.
