What is the total cost in terms of per employee per month?
I would agree on how most Americans take care of themselves
and how its a contributing factor towards the total cost of health
care. Its a shame.

Yes, we have some older employees, but this is getting
totally out of hand. I am getting real tired of paying for
the supersized Americans that can't stay away from
fast food and spend their time shopping for pork rhines
in the walmart food isle on their electric fat mobiles.
