Re: The Need For New Kinds Of Direct Geometry Editing Tools

Bob,

Get real dude. Neither you or Tom will ever change Cliffy.

ALL people are capable of change.

All you and Tom do is engage in a silly game that contributes to the
loss of content here but amuses both of you.

Tom's and my replies to Cliff are slightly different in style and
intent. If I see something he posts that I consider wrong or
misleading, I'll sometimes attempt to correct his information.

This group would be a lot better off if both of you ignored Cliffy
completely and posted machining, mechanical type content.

To be entirely truthful; IMO, you're THE most obnoxious semi-regular
poster this newsgroup has had over the years. Any "content" you post is
drowned out and overshadowed by your antagonistic style. In balance, I
believe Cliff to be the most DESTRUCTIVE poster this newsgroup has ever
had due to his posting political bigotry, high volume of pointless posts
attacking others, and crossposting to multiple kook groups. You both
post your opinions as if they were fact. In fact, you guys are probably
more alike than any other two posters in here.
I personally think this newsgroup could benefit from the knowledge that
both of you have, but until you and/or Cliff start posting relevant
machining data, rather than attacking everything, and everyone, in
sight... the newsgroup would probably be 100% better off if neither one
of you posted. I'm sorry, but that's my honest opinion.

Here's some mechanical content that most likely will be ignored by
both you and Tom and what's left of this newsgroup.

A video of how a rotary engine works may be "mechanical" content and
somewhat interesting, but I don't see any CNC machining content there.
