As a comparison, with the other company we have been looking at, we
had a top 2%'er or better. This guy has busted his ass to get us what
we needed, when we needed it, got every answer we were looking for,
even brought in a machine nearby for us to play with and look at. I
couldn't ask for a better experience.



I'll bet all he had to do was ask questions and listen. Really listen and
understand. Then he simply gave you what you wanted as best as he could.

Years ago I was buying some tooling and supplies. I actually had an inside
salesman tell me that he didn't have time for me and my questions. He had a
big order to process. So I hung up and told all the engineers under me that
if they so much as bought a set screw from this place I would fire them.

They were at my door within a year begging for our business. But I had
already found a much better supplier that took way better care of us. So I
never went back. Apparently I wasn't the only one. They are out of business
today.
