More pressure? (was Re: Pressure of flood coolant--More Fadal Pimped-ness

Which actually brings up perhaps in inneresting Q:
Short of bonafide bad-assed high-pressure, are there good bang-fer-yer-buck
ways of getting more pressure?
Like mebbe just a bigger pump, or mebbe a non-centrifugal?
How much pressure?
If so, would one see much of a difference machining-wise between 30 psi and,
say, 120 psi (twice city water pressure)?

Awl--
Iffin yer innerested:
35 psi zero flow,
30 psi, 5-6 1/8 locline nozzles full tilt.
Not bad, considering city pressure is 60 psi.
Assuming I read dat old gauge right--unfortunately it's 200 psi full
scale. Gotta getta 60 psi gauge. :(
Yeah, I know, some muhfugguh's gonna post about his 3,000 psi coolant....
Which, I hear, is Da Bomb.... pays for itself right away, for production.
1/3 to 1/2 hp Graymills single phase centrifugal on a 30 gal fadal tank.
Inside the cabinet fadal plumbed a "drain spray" to reduce chip clogging
It's easy enough to re-plumb that with other connections, for "stationary"
coolant, ie, coolant that does not move with the spindle, an inside
sprayer, pressure gauges, etc.
Gives you sumpn to look at.... :)
