Most certaintly I am going to defend myself here.
1. I am not a Head Hunter....Really I am looking for a co-worker.
2. Don't want any priests....Most are in jail anyway. Bad for business.
3. As for hourly rate...funny you...pay should always be com·pen·sa·to·ry
to what you KNOW! Not the B.S. You think you KNOW.
4. "bottlbob" you got your your say so in so here is mine..:)-
I know you so leave me alone. Thank you very much for the action.
I think employers have so much on their mind, the last
thing they need in the world is an opinioned worker that
complains around every turn, I mean think about it.
All the employee has to remember is keep their big
mouth shut be a good listener instead of big bullshitter
yes sir no sir, however an exception would be quality
control it becomes necessary for the employee to pull
the cord stop production and solve the problem using
the kanban tree branch approach, things will run more
smoothly also, but every once in awhile it's a good
idea to pull the cord just so you can see the ripples
in the water for yourself and for everyone to see
that things do function in harmony.
