Reaming Titanium

Morning Group!
Would anyone have any recommendations for reaming titanium. We have two
holes inline, one that is .3750 dia, the other is .3125 dia. These hole are
positioned out on two fingers that are approx. .250 thick. The problem
we're having is that when we ream the two holes, (leaving .006 total stk in
the holes) we are having concentricity issues between the two. We are
currently using solid carbide straight flute reamers to do the job. Also,
we're coming through with a reamer for the .3750 hole and then through with
the .3125 reamer. We do not feel that positioning accuracy is the problem,
as when we're qualifying the holes with undersized endmills, the holes are
still in line?? We do seem to see a bit of load at the machine Z-axis
during reaming, which we feel is deflecting the fingers that the holes go
through. Any recommendations will be appreciated!!
Thanks,
