Medical insurance is covered 100% by the company. Employer
matches 50% on up to 10% of gross on 401K, and, it is 100% vested right
from the start. (I've been there only a few months)

Along these same lines, my medical insurance isn't paid 100% by the
company, I have to pay $8.43 per week. Those with spouses and kids
included have to pay a little more.
We just last month started a 401K plan, where the company matches the
deduction 100% up to 4% of your check. It was voluntary (I figured it
was like a 4% raise and savings account, so I didn't hesitate to agree
to it.

In light of that, I didn't hear a single complaint about the company
buying us lunch and some suds at Hooters and giving us $25 gift certificates
for a local grocer, yesterday, after knocking off early and paying us for
the whole day.

We had our yearly Christmas party Thursday, took off at noon (with pay)
and went to Red Slobster. Bonus checks were passed around, I don't know
exactly how they were calculated (maybe a percentage of that person's
yearly gross - maybe an arbitrary amount based on the boss' perception
of our value to the company - I'll have to ask the office girl next time
I go in).

Bonus? Medical Insurance? 401k?

What are those? Vacation? Is that when you have work, but dont go in,
even if you are not sick?

Fascinating. Whoda ever thought of that?

Political Correctness

A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical liberal minority and
rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media,
which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible
to pick up a turd by the clean end.
