Well one reason I suggested this is to add machining content to this
forum. No sure how you feel about that though. I know I like the idea
but it's not my call... it's yours.

Like I said, I'm OK with it either way. I know what most of the strengths
and weaknesses are. Speaking of which the speed and feed data table for
"Inch" programming are not any good out of the box. Likely to be one of the
first issues you see. So when you set a tool, put in the SFM and feed rate
for it.
I can send you a working file if you'd like. It might help speed things
along.
