Rolling is typically a cap in the horizontal system. any good TV repair
shop, or a video game repair shop should be able to fix the one you have for
a whole lot less then a new one... just my thoughts...

Thanks to all who have replied, and especially to Cliff for his hard
work on finding all those references.
Thanks also for the tip on the Haas monitor for $350. I was quoted
$1720 yesterday for a complete upgrade kit. If I can get the machine
up and running for $350, that's a whole lot better.
Last night we were able to adjust the horizontal hold enough on the
monitor to where it was rolling very slowly. Irritating, but workable.
