Now THAT'S majorly ironic.

That I know & you don't begin to grasp much of it?

LOL *I'm* not the one who just confused inertia with momentum for all
of usenet to see.

Here's a more complete explanation of
Newton's first law:

You don't begin to grasp it yet but must search with Google, copy &
paste in pretense?

Do facts and information from credible physics sites somehow threaten
(shall we be kind and just say), your out of the mainstream science
community's interpretation of various physical phenomena?

What you have done here is admit in public and writing that you have
confused the concept of inertia with the concept of momentum. And/or
just plain never knew the difference. I've been telling you for a LONG
time that momentum and inertia are different phenomena.

Found that peck of "inertia" yet?

Silly Wabbit, mass IS the measure of inertia (kilograms are the
standard SI units). A clever lad would have researched it the first
time I mentioned it, instead of repeating the same erroneous nonsense
over and over.

Perhaps more accurate than "Silly Wabbit" would be "Silly Ferrous
Cranus" LOL

Ferrous Cranus is utterly impervious to reason, persuasion and new
ideas, and when engaged in battle he will not yield an inch in his
position regardless of its hopelessness. Though his thrusts are
decisively repulsed, his arguments crushed in every detail and his
defenses demolished beyond repair he will remount the same attack again
and again with only the slightest variation in tactics. Sometimes out of
pure frustration Philosopher will try to explain to him the failed
logistics of his situation, or Therapist will attempt to penetrate the
psychological origins of his obduracy, but, ever unfathomable, Ferrous
Cranus cannot be moved.
