Another good point. I had someone who insisted that she should have been
paid OT, even though there was a paid day off in the middle of the week.
I
kept tryign to explain the difference gbetween hours "worked" and hours
"paid", but she never got it, and kept insisting that I was trying to
cheat her. Grr.
i've found it is best to state pay policies up front
some offer off shift premium. we do not
pay rate is pay rate
It's hard to find good people to work nights and I believe they should
be rewarded for it. I wouldn't take a night job that did not pay a shift
premium as it speaks volumes about the employer. (cheapskates)
My last employer;
B shift - 10% premium
C shift - 15% premium
My current employer;
B & C shift - 10% premium
or do you want 20 per hour
