Excuse me? From your comments it seems you didn't understand what the
article was even about. It made NO comments about the validity, or
invalidity, of any specific political position or comments. It was
illustrating a mental process, conscious or unconscious, called
"Confirmation Bias" that seems to afflict those that are of a political
extremist bent.
Your mentioning "WMD" as a response in this context is probably just a
strawman argument meant to deflect attention away from the conclusions
of the article. Did their conclusions threaten you in some way?
