And clearly shows who planned many intentional lies & PR well in advance.
Otherwise you are claiming that by spending well over US$ 50 BILLION
per year on "intelligence" you cannot find what's been in the world's
press reports for many years (and are blatent lies), as are the reports by the
UN's inspectors.
