I have a part to make with a counterbore which is not accessible directly.
So it will be a backboring operation. I looked at the Flipcut tool from
Cogsdill but the smallest size is for a .281 hole. I would like something
like this:

but those are custom made (read: expensive for one tool and leadtime).
Just need one or two tools, right away. Oh yeah, must be able to slip
through a .250 hole.

Any ideas, suggestions welcome.
