Have you seen the cartoons with their prophet? They're really not
that bad. In Iran they make propaganda cartoons of Jews turning into
pigs and monkeys (wouldn't want the kids growing up not hating
Jews), but a cartoon showing their prophet incites calls for
murder!? What a screwed up perspective.
Yeah, showing their prophet is a sin. To them. So they shouldn't do
that. But the Danes aren't Muslim, so why do the Muslims expect them
to abide by their rules?
So now Clinton chimes in and says printing these cartoons was
"totally unacceptable".
Cliff, are you going to chime in and say Clinton is on the right
side of this thing?
People need some perspective.
I will chime in and say that I think it is a matter of respect. If
someone were to do something like that in this country at a personal
level it would be called harassment and would be a crime. If the
standards or morals in this country are what they are then the
representatives should voice such beliefs.
Just a Wild idea I guess.
They did when the subject was Jesus. Remember the "Piss Christ"
controversy?
Just say Mapplethorpe.
