OT: Unknown taskbar icon

Anyone ever see this one? I use Norton anti-virus, Spybot & Adaware. Nothing finds it. When I mouse over it, it disappears. Task manager doesn't show anything unusual. It appears randomly, and only goes away if I mouse over it, or wait a while.

Anyone got a recommendation for a message board or a website where someone may know what it is?
