APT processor

Hello !
In group archive I've found many mentions of APT.
I've found also information, that 'basic APT translator
is public domain'. Howewr I couldn't find any reference
to APT translator sources, expect record in old Cosmic
repository about P-APT port to F-77. I'm inetrested on
running t on Unix machine (I'm also interested in VAX
fortran version - I can compile it on VAX).
